Vibe Dining and Inspiration at The Bradford Rooftop: An evening with Jordan Marshall and Kristen Wilson

Had the pleasure watching Jordan Marshall cultivate a delightful vibe dining experience last night at The Bradford Rooftop in Bridgewater NJ.

Since I’m usually in bed by 9:30 pm, I didn’t stay to catch Kristin Wilson‘s soundtrack, but I’m grateful that we had the chance to enjoy some inspiring conversation, delicious tapas, and refreshing mixology. (they make a very nice non-alcoholic mojito btw) 🙂

I’d recommend the oysters, lamb meatballs, and tuna tartare tacos if you want something light yet satisfying.
