Wonderful interview with Marcello Pedalino, PACKED with lots of valuable advice. He demonstrates so many excellent practices, this interview could be a small textbook on "taking care of business".

While it's clear Pedalino enjoys great success with his hard-driving approach, the intensity of his admirable work ethic isn't for everyone. I don't know, but it seems to me that others might enjoy similar success, with comparable passion but a bit less of the "All in!" attitude. I think "success" is relative, and we each select what's right for us.

What I'm trying to say is every singer can't perform with the zeal of James Brown, but that everyone's success in any endeavor will follow from so many of the critical points mentioned in this interview -- for example: love what you do and make a sincere commitment, maintain positive self-esteem, prepare thoroughly, set high-ambitions, pay constant attention to physical and mental fitness, work with determination and persistence, regularly re-assess progress, and be willing to adapt to change.

I enjoyed reading your article, and I'd recommend it to everyone who works for a living.
